Fitness Tip of the Week:
  • When you get your exercise in first thing, you are less likely to skip your workout.  You may become tired during the day or busy, which makes you more prone to lossing your motivation!
Breakfast Recipe of the Week:
  • Green Eggs and Ham
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 tbsp. milk, salt and pepper
    • 1 tsp. butter
    • 2 tbsp. tomatillo salsa, warmed
    • 2 tbsp. chopped ham

  • Skillet Chicken with Brussels Sprouts and Apples
    • 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
    •  Kosher salt and black pepper
    • 1 tbsp. canola oil
    • 1 (12-oz) package shredded Brussels sprouts
    • 1 sliced apple
    • 1/2 sliced red onion
    • 1 Chopped garlic clove
    • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tsp. brown sugar
    • 1/3 c. chopped toasted pecans
