Exercises You Can Do From a Chair

As many people get older, it is more difficult to exercise due to issues of balance, strength and mobility. However, there are always ways to still get in exercise and movement even with limitations that come with getting older or suffering from serious injuries. A chair is a great tool to use for exercise if standing a lot is difficult or painful. Also, everyone has a chair in their house or at work that can be used for exercise, so you do not have to set foot in a gym or out of the house to get in some exercise.
