A study out of the University of British Columbia was preformed to see how people perceived a HIIT program in comparison to a normal workout. A HIIT program involves multiple short bursts of high intensity exercise. They thought that people would dislike the HIIT program more because of the effort put forth, but they found people didn't mind it any more than another routine, and liked the time saving benefits. So if you are one finding yourself short on time and don't know where to begin your fitness journey, look up the HIIT program, it might be a good fit to get you moving.
